His previous position as COO with the largest private held rental tool company in the US (Knight Oil Tools), encompassed (26) operating locations & over (600) employees. Employee Safety & Quality of Service was his number one objective.

Marcus served as assistant managers for over (21) years in the rental tool sector, prior to joining the Sea Shore Energy team and both bring great value to the company. All three managers bring tremendous technical drill stem & pressure control experience to Sea Shore in their respective area of operations.

Jerry Lafour (South Texas Director including sales presence in West Texas) and Wade Latiolais (Louisiana & West Texas Director), lead the Sea Shore sales staff with past experience from both the field level & management level. Their hands-on experience with work-strings, pressure control products & inspection procedures provide them with an understanding of how quality of service, not speed, actually is accomplished. Jerry and Wade also recognizes that “all departments” (operations, sales & administration) play equal roles in the success of an organization.

Ronald brings over (44) years’ experience to the Sea Shore operations/quality team. His immense knowledge & experience regarding hoisting equipment & pressure control makes him one of the industry’s leading experts. Ronald previous job role with Knight Oil Tools was hands-on trainer where he solidified the equipment refurbish process for (14) operating locations US wide. His competence & workmanship made his previous company (Knight Oil Tools) the number one “True Quality” rental Company in America and now continues his Quality training techniques with Sea Shore Energy Services. Ronald was “trained by OEM’s on the refurbish process by companies like Cameron Iron Works, National Oil Well (Shaffer), Hydril Company, Forum Energy Tools, Keystone Energy Tools and several other API OEM Manufacturers.

Raised in Lafayette, LA, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Louisiana State University in 2012. He began his career doing control work for the Louisiana-based regional fiber service businesses Network USA and Sun America Communications. Ryan then decided to broaden his career path and is now working to assess Sea Shore Energy Services’ business model and its integration with technology. Ryan realizes that “having the skills and knowledge required for the process while being able to relate to all departments within the company is the essential combination to streamline the functions of our business”.
